Today I woke up in the morning and I am more excited than every day because today is June 21, we celebrate 21 June as International Yoga Day, although it is every day for yoga, today is special because today we celebrate international yoga day. it’s not just yoga, it’s a method. everyone should do yoga by taking some time out in their life on this day.
So what is yoga? You know yoga is a method or say that the technique of focusing the body and soul in which we see that no matter how much stress we are in our life, through which we can keep our mind calm, which is not only a method of keeping the mind calm, through yoga, our body circulates blood in our muscles.
